Killer Bees and Swamp Gravy- America!

Driving off the Interstate Highway can really tell you alot about America. In 2003, I had that chance, and was stunned at how rural America was really dying. This story is about how 17% of our population is trying to hold on to what is left of non-metropolitan America. This story is about a post-industrial city and its own reinvention. This story says that the soul of America is really in the country, and its music.

I think it's great that towns like this one are able to better their economies with these techniques. The themes for revivial, such as art, will bring in culture, diversity, and hopefully economic growth. Also the alternative energy sources can boost their economies while being more environment friendly. Hopefully the pattern of growth for these small towns will continue.
